Jerry McFadden, Director of Health and Safety
Over the past 15 years, Jerry has developed and implemented thousands of policies and procedures for quality control and safety for organizations ranging from Fortune 500 companies to small businesses. A Certified Safety Manager through the National Association of Safety Professionals (NASP), Jerry is also certified to conduct OSHA's Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response Standard and Outreach Program. Jerry's impressive experience and knowledge allow him to expertly manage Hudspeth's Health and Safety programs, policy, training, compliance, and program customization to support client-specific requirements.
Kenda Enney, Director of Business Development
Kenda has more than 15 years of marketing expertise along with practical field experience and a solid understanding of a wide range of business management applications, including government contracting. In her role with Hudspeth, Kenda is instrumental in defining and executing marketing and communications strategies, developing and maintaining business partnerships, and planning and organizing business development, training and marketing functions to achieve growth and visibility for Hudspeth.
Esmeralda Garcia, Human Resources Manager
Esmeralda brings over 10 years of experience to Hudspeth. She maintains and enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices. She ensures Hudspeth’s legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements.
Michelle Meyer, Contracts Manager
In addition to managing and negotiating contracts to ensure compliance and limit risk for Hudspeth, Michelle plays a critical corporate role by providing ongoing contract education and advice to internal stakeholders. With a juris doctor degree and a career in the practice of law prior to joining Hudspeth in 2014, Michelle has the expertise to raise the bar across the entire business by advising management of contractual rights, obligations and risks. She also offers valuable guidance and develops and implements procedures to ensure that all contract management and administration is in compliance with company policies.
Danette Brancio, Bookeeper
Danette brings over 20 years of job costing and 12 years of bookkeeping experience. Danette works closely project managers to go over each project’s budgets and ensure that during the execution they are completing the work in accordance to the established budget. She also works with the Business Unit Managers, the Chief Operating Officer and the CEO of the company to develop financial budgets for departments and business unit and various programs.
